Remarks: Don't let the name of the road scare you off! The drive to this lot is very reasonable, the road gets steeper up past this location. :-) Greens Creek is conveniently located just 4 miles south of Dillsboro so commuting to anything in Jackson County would be fairly easy. Lots of good things to talk about with this property. There are actually two lots, a 2BR septic is installed on the lower lot and a 3BR septic on the upper lot. No well has been installed but the seller did have the property "witched" for water with positive results and the neighboring properties have excellent producing wells. Both lots have had driveways cleared into them with house sites dozed out. Lower lot has a large gabion basket retaining wall installed.
